Program Administration – Once a member decides to participate in the program, CWA’s affiliate– EduBenefit®, MedBenefit®, or MuniBenefit®–will provide all of the necessary administrative support during the plan implementation period. We ensure that all documents are complete and that necessary timelines are met for the proper implementation of the overall program and ongoing administrative services.
Member Contact – The CWA affiliates– EduBenefit®, MedBenefit®, and MuniBenefit®–will maintain contact with the participating entities to ensure the program is operating as designed and that expectations are being met or exceeded. We believe that consistent communication with member organizations is essential to an excellent customer service strategy.
Healthcare Organizations, Educational Entities & Municipalities – While we primarily work directly through industry organizations or with certain cooperative purchasing groups, we are also available to meet the needs and desires of individual freestanding HCO’s, educational entities and municipalities.
